Over rated... A review of Hilton Seattle
We stayed at the Seattle Hilton for 5 nights, on one of the three executive floors. I won't bore you with the details but will tell you that this facility is well below Hilton standards.
The exercise facility is a joke. The executive level amenities are virtually non-existent, the top-floor restaurant is very limited and small but still very pricey and the elevators are painfully slow. This last problem is aggrevated by the fact that the lobby is on the 13th floor, above the parking garage.
The staff were generally nice and seemed to appreciate my frustrations with the hotel's limited offerings. Still, for $200 a night, I was expecting more than what could be found at a Holiday Inn Express.
Barring some substantial changes, I would not stay here again. For the same price, there are simply too many other good options in downtown Seattle.
