Outstanding service at Westin Nusadua A review of The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali
My parents and I just came back from Bali, where we stayed at the Westin Nusa Dua for one night. We stayed in a Royal Beach Club Terrace room and I personally found the experience very satisfying. The room included hotel transfers and access to the Royal Beach Club lounge, which provides breakfast, light lunches, and high tea. The hotel allowed us an early check in at 9am and late check out at 4pm the next day and still only charged us for the 1 night we booked. The room is not as spacious as other hotels on Nusa Dua and the bathroom is not equipped with an exhaust fan, but it is still a pleasant room with very comfortable beds. The room also includes a complimentary plate of chocolates and a fruit basket with fruits that will last you at least 2 days. The staff encourages guests to feed the squirrels roaming the grounds, which is a fun activitiy for children. One thing to note is to avoid Ikan restaurant when hungry and try other restaurants at the hotel instead. Overall, I am most impressed with the service. The staff are friendly and eager to help. I rang the express service for some pimple cream and they brought me a tube within 20 minutes. My father wanted to play pingpong but had no partner to play with so one of the staff obliged. What was unexpected was that a Westin staff met us at the airport to escort us through check in up until we went into the waiting room. A wonderful end to a short stay in Bali..
