Ok but could use some renovation A review of Embassy Suites Hotel Tucson-Williams Center

We stayed here with the kids in February 04 for two days. The pool and hot tub were great according to the kids! Otherwise I'd say it's not quite up to the standards of other Embassy Suites. The decor was very dated, tub didn't drain properly, and there was no way to control the air conditioning at the time we stayed there (apparently if it's not turned on in the main system, it can't be turned on at all) so we had to ask for fans on one day that it was actually quite warm. The breakfast buffet tasted good but it was inconvenient that you actually had to exit the main dining area to go into a separate, closed off room, to get the hot food (which was also a bit awkward getting in and out of the doors if you had a full tray). If we ever go back to Tucson we'll find another place to stay.
