Not worth the money A review of Holiday Inn San Jose-Airport

The Wyndham looks nice on the outside and the lobby is attractive, however the guest rooms are another story. We stayed in the Wyndham for two weeks and our sheets were never changed, the floor was never vacuumed and someone else's fingernail clippings were on the floor.

There was a quarter inch layer of dust under the chair by the desk. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling. The bedspread had holes in it.

The hallway carpet was never cleaned and most of the pattern was worn away. Local phone calls were .75 cents. Room service was way over priced (12.00 for continental breakfast). Don't even think of having them do your laundry. It was 4.50 to have one shirt cleaned, PLUS 50%.

Internet access was 12.00 per hour. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff was very friendly and the maid service will remember any request that you make, such as extra sugar for coffee etc.. We discovered that we could have spent another 5 or 10 dollars a night and had a much better accommodations somewhere else. We won't be going back.
