Not staying here again. A review of Hilton San Diego/Del Mar

Beginning with the restaurant staff. LONG hair on watiresses was disgusting. No tea bags, no hash browns. Like they knew we were coming a year ago when we made our reservations for the Good Guys Show, no White zin either. Couldn't they send someone to the store? Oh it gets better. Asked the concierge, Jason, if he could help us....he was INVOLVED in a personal conversation with ANOTHER employee, so we waited 5 minutes till he wrapped up his Friday night date plans. Asked if he knew of a nice restaurant ON the beach, he sent us to a mexican place ACROSS the street from the beach. Donnie the guest services gentleman was MOST caring, he deserves a raise just because he knew all the right answers. Also the Rooms Director, lovely gentleman who should be the general manager, he was just the all around guy who did everything like take drink orders in the BUSY bar because they didn't have enough staff to handle the CROWD they knew for a year that was coming...No GM on property. our group dropped alot of $$$ , but we won't be back next year.
