Not bad A review of Sheraton Bellevue

After reading some of the reviews, I was a little suspicious of this hotel. I give it above average ratings because the staff was very friendly and helpful, as was the management. Rooms were comfortable, clean, although small and the bathroom was small. The cleaning person didn't leave any new soap, despite my three day stay. Since I'm a Starwood Preferred Guest gold member, I was given access to the club lounge, which was above and beyond the call of duty. The lounge was OK but I suggest whoever makes decisions about food in the lounge to re-think their choices - don't make it more complicated than you need to. I'm used to cheese & crackers, veggies and fruit. Instead, the choices were fattening like mini-quiche and choc. covered strawberries. Breakfast in the club lounge also wasn't very good - I would've preferred scrambled eggs to the croissant with eggs. There was also no computer access in the club lounge, but there was a computer in the "business center" behind the front desk that was available for guests.

All in all, good value, especially considering the excellent service and attentiveness of hotel staff and management.
