No response from the Kendall A review of Kendall Hotel
My husband and I were hoping to attend one of the Kendall's Wine Series dinners over Father's Day weekend. We called the hotel to make a reservation and were told that one of their cafe managers would get back to us in the next couple of days. Four days went by and no call. I called back and explained that we had not heard from any one yet. I was apologized to and told that the managers had been away for the weekend and that we would be called first thing Monday morning. Still no call. It was now Thursday of that week so I sent an e mail letting them know that we were very dissapointed in not even receiving a call back. It is now Monday of the following week, no email response and no phone call. We feel that is they cannot return a simple phone call to reserve a room in their hotel then the customer service in general must not be very good. we will be staying a the Hotel Marlowe instead.
