Nicely Decorated, Tiny Bathrooms A review of Hotel Indigo Atlanta
Completely renovated and so brand new that our bedsheets felt like they were right from the mill and had never been washed yet. The room was very nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. Food and beverage is well thought out, with the stuff we wanted such as Starbucks and a few good dishes, but without an elaborate high-overhead operation. The staff was very friendly but unsophisticated; they seemed to have no hospitality industry experience. The new Indigo chain will not compete with the W chain with that staffing strategy.
I would not return to this property because our bathroom was SO tiny that I thought I was in an airplane lavatory. I am used to small European hotel bathrooms but this was even smaller. I only hope that some of the rooms have bigger bathrooms. If so, this hotel could be a nice place and a good value.
