Nice room and bed but a bit on the small side A review of Hyatt Regency Santa Clara

Stayed in room 213 and obtained a great $55 rate through Priceline, might explain getting the last room down the hall.

The room was small, had a king bed. The bed was nice, the mattress firm and the bedding, nice, high threadcount. Bathroom and room were clean when we arrived. Loved the free wireless internet. Didn't seem to hear the neighbors.

The little things were bothersome like the maid service coming to our room after 4pm, which is late to me. The hallway carpets are worn and puckered in areas (could be a safety, tripping hazard). The shades didn't close completely. No one seemed to man the Starbucks kiosk in the lobby on a weekday or weekend. The lobby bar is raucous at night.

Overall, it was a nice stay, the little things didn't ruin the stay for me.
