Nice hotel, nice area A review of Courtyard by Marriott Williamsburg Busch Gardens Area

My family and I stayed here just last week and we were adequately impressed with everything. The location is very nice. It is very wooded and off the main road, yet close to a variety of fast food restaurants (McDonald's, Wendy's and KFC are right across the street). We didn't realize just how close it was to Busch Gardens. We also went to Colonial Williamsburg and it was a very short drive away and there are signs directing you all the way to the visitor center. The breakfast was good, but there was one day where we had to wait around 15-20 minutes for a table, which was hard to believe. We tried to pass the time in the gameroom, but almost every game in there was out of order. The pool was nice. The elevators seemed extremely slow and the common areas like the halls and doors leading outside could have used some cleaning. The room itself was fine. It had a couch and a refrigerator, although the fridge didn't seem to get very cold. Our balcony faced the parking lot and the screen on the balcony door must have had a hole in it because someone had stuck a tissue in the hole I guess so bugs wouldn't get in with the glass door open.
