Mixed Bag A review of Sheraton Edison Hotel Raritan Center
This hotel was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the outstanding Sheraton Sweet Sleeper beds, recently remodeled and well equipped guest rooms, spacious desks with reliable high-speed Internet access, and a well-done Club Level lounge. On the negative side, the business center is poorly equipped and extremely expensive, the room service menu is poor, and the on-site restaurant is very mediocre. I also found the staff to be less than accommodating, but this could just as easily be attributed to northeasterners not having the same standards for helpfulness and hospitality as the rest of the country. For the northeast, the staff might have been all right.
By the way, get a map of the entire area before you visit. This section of NJ is plagued by one of the most confusing, poorly marked roadway systems I have ever encountered.
