Management needs improvement A review of The Saratoga Hilton
The hotel is very decieving. Upon arriving, the lobby looked nice and classy, unfortunately, checking-in, the staff were unfriendly and not very helpful. I think management needs to give their staff a class on "service savy". They also need improvement on their housekeeping department. The room had a very musty smell. Also, I didn't realize until the morning when I went to take a shower, how filthy the tub and tiles were with mildew. It was disgusting. When I told the clerk at the front desk, she just smiled and thanked me. I would never refer this place to anyone.
I wish I would have read the reviews before I booked this room, because other people have complained about the same thing. Unfortunately, management doesn't read these reviews either, otherwise they would do something about it.
