Luxury in the Financial District A review of Four Seasons Hotel Miami
A rather strange setting for a hotel - the middle floors of one of the tallest buildings in Miami, in the Financial District. However, sitting by the pool (on the 6th floor roof) it was less than obvious. We stayed in August when occupancy was low and received an upgrade to a Premier Bay View room, which had a great view over Biscayne Bay. The room was everything you would expect from Four Seasons (very comfortable beds) and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The Aqua restaurant - although lacking atmosphere - produced some very nice food. Breakfast was particularly good and reasonable value considering this was the most expensive hotel in Miami. The Pool area is very attractively laid out and a great place for chilling. Friday nights at the Pool bar attract a large local crowd and was absolutely buzzing. Concierge gave good advice for restaurants and other entertainment. Will definitely stay again.
