Lucky us A review of Victorian Inn

My husband and I were on 5 day a trip to the "lost coast" and redwoods. Ferndale was our last destination, Monday.

Without reservations for Sunday night we drove through Honeydew and Petrolia and ended up in Ferndale 1 night early.

We arrived 7:45pm, tired, unkempt, hungry. The lovely innkeeper, Jenny, welcomed us. The room was what you hope for but rarely get. Cozy and warm. The history of the building is reflected in the furnishings. Sooooo comfortable. Quiet.

This is an old bank building, not an old home. It's set up more like a hotel. However, it's an old grand hotel. We felt like 1920 movie stars!

We had dinner in Curley's downstairs. Outstanding.

Breakfast, in a beautiful room (included in price) was also great.

We were incredibly lucky happening upon this inn.

We can't wait to go back!
