Loved La Te Da A review of La Te Da Hotel
Just got back from one night at La Te Da. We stayed in room #19 ($121 /night) which is located directly off of the main outdoor dining room. We thought it may be a bit noisy but between the din of the air conditioner and the television we really could not hear very much. Check in was very smooth. The room was quite large and had two queen beds with nice hard wood floors. The bathroom was enormous and had a open shower but no bath and was spotless. There was a mini refrigerator as well! From 4-7 p.m. there was a disco happy hour with free mini burgers and hotdogs! The only thing that I found strange was that on our last day we wanted to extend our stay for one more day so we asked if there was any more vacancy for a second night. The gentleman at the desk informed us that there was a room available for $95 but housekeeping had not gotten to it yet. When we asked when it would be ready, he told us that he didn't think they would clean it that day at all. It didn't make sense that we were told about the room and then told no after? We were left scratching our heads about that and booked into another guest house for our last night, though we would have loved to stay another at La Te Da.
