The hotel had a lot of problems. The entire place is run down. We reserved a non-smoking room, but it smelled like it used to be a smoking room. The soft drink machine ate my mother's money. She put in $2.00 & it finally showed $1.50, but wouldn't give her a drink. When we went to the front desk the girl said she hadn't heard anything about a problem with the machine on our floor. We told her we wanted the money back & she said to get a drink from the gift shop & she'd credit the amount charged. We got it from the gift shop for $1.50+tax. We went back to let them know that Mom had lost $2 & talked to someone else that was nice & he gave her the other .50. Later that night my sister & I went down to the front desk to see what floor the machines worked on (the gift shop was closed) & another girl said that she didn't believe any of them work. We only had 3 wash cloths & towels for 4 people. The TV remote didn't work. The food was very expensive in the restaurant ($15.00 for the breakfast buffet).
