Just Ok. A review of Marriott Minneapolis City Center
I stayed at the Marriott City Center for one night when I was in Minneapolis for business. Self-parking was available but you had to walk a good distance to get back to the lobby of the hotel. I was with another collogue but otherwise the path did not seem all that safe.
Check-in was efficient and my room was fine, but the hotel is shaped like a triangle and after looking at a diagram of the possible rooms of the hotel it seemed that most rooms were very small. My collogue ended up in one of the closet sized rooms. The room decor was outdated but at least it was clean.
Breakfast was not great, the hash browns seemed to come out a package like you would find at the grocery store.
We paid just under $200, and for the money I hope that there are better options downtown.
