June Gloom Getaway A review of Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort & Spa

My wife and I had to get away from something in San Diego called June Gloom which no one has ever mentioned to us! We ran off to the Hyatt as a way to get away from the bad weather. My impression was very similar to those above. The rooms are spacious, but they are in need of an update. It seems that they don't match the updated appearance of the hotel. My family loved all of the pool choices, but we were terribly disapointed with the lack of service to the pool areas that we designated to families. It seemed that the wait staff was more interested in just delivering drinks to the adult only pool than take care of the rest of the property. The concierge was fantastic and very helpful as well as the rest of the staff we dealt with. We only paid $80 a night for the AAA rate since it was off peak and we would visit again for this rate, but for anything higher we would go somewhere else!
