It was just ok A review of Westin St. Louis

My husband and I decided to stay at the Westin for the weekend of June 27 to celebrate our anniversary. While the public areas in the hotel looked very nice our room looked more than a little worn and small. The view out the window was of a rundown building and an empty lot. Not what I would call romantic or memorable. One of the things that I found personally annoying was that I felt like I was staying in a catalog. I did not like the fact there were little signs all over the room and bathroom telling you how much you could buy everything for. Do you like the feel of the robe? Well the tag on the hanger says that you can buy it for $96. While the bed was heavenly it did not make up for the size and worn appearance of the room. In the end we felt like the hotel did not live up to the Westin reputation.
