Is there a manager? A review of Radisson Hotel Corpus Christi Beach
The hotel and the amenities were ok. Everything was a little rundown but you get what you pay for. My big problem with this establishment was the customer service. First of all I have to say that I don't think that anyone was running the hotel and that it was only the teenagers behind the counter. Anytime anyone would come to the front desk for a question, the counterpeople were either on personal phone calls or talking with each other and seemed bother whenever you had a question.
The service at the hotel restaurant was terrible as was the daily maid service. One day the maid got mad at my wife because she was sleeping in and told her that if she can't come in now, the room wasn't going to get cleaned. I figure that a hotel that doesn't have that much going for it should at least try to make it up with customer service, but I guess sometimes a task like that is too difficult to accomplish.
