I would rather sleep in my car. A review of Park Inn by Radisson Dallas-Love Field
Let me tell you a great story.
1. Booked rooms in October. Was double charged, and one of the six rooms did not get charged for. Called back to have it remedied...
2. In November, I get no refund for the double charge, but a NEW double charge, and still no charge for the one not charged.
3. Call corporate, the hotel, the accounting department, the hotel manager, etc. I do this daily for... hmm... 3 weeks? No remedy.
4. December finally rolls around. They BEGIN to remedy the issues....
The best part? No apology, ever. Employees lie to me, directly, to the point where I can catch them mid-fib.
As I told them, a group of retarded chimps could do a better job in customer service. This is the WORST run hotel I have run into, ever, and I've been an event planner for 5+ years.
