Hotel with no concern to military personal A review of Hotel Monte Carlo
A reservation was made to stay at the hotel for valentines day weekend 2005, but needed to be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival and not 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE, because of military duties. When a request was made to have the fee of one nights stay be waved the manager on duty refused and preceeded to say that it was "his decision to join the Air Force not ours and we will not wave the fee, we are a family run hotel and can't afford it make acceptions.
I hope this hotel never needs anything that would involve military assistance and I would encourage all servicemen and women to avoid supporting establishments that have that type of mentality. It is a sad day when a we put the almight dollar ahead of military personal and their willingness to serve that business and our country. To add to the insult she was rude. Thanks Tracy for helping members of the military we appreciate it.
Please if you have family members, or if you yourself have served in the armed forces, please avoid staying and supporting places with this type of attitude.
