Hotel Maria Prague A review of Falkensteiner Hotel Maria Prag
After spending four nghts in Budapest K&K Opera and another four nights at the Best Western Beethoven in Vienna, where we pampered, we were a kind of disapointed by the cold reception we got from the staff at the Maria. They seemed annoyed to answer basic questions such the name of a good restaurant, never got the name, change the bulb in the bedroom, bulb was never changed. Never a smile and never a welcomed word. The room was very spacious but the chair and the sofa are terrible on the back. Bathroom very modern, dificulties with the soap dispenser. The hotel is in a good location few minutes from the main square. Don't miss the restaurant across the street called Sherwood, excellent food and good service with a section for Non Smokers!!! They have a good selection of venison meat.
