Hot Hot Hot A review of St George's Park & La Vallette Resorts

Have just arrived home after a weeks stay at the La Valette resort, reason being we arrived at 11.30pm on Tuesday 29th July and were allocated a ROOFTOP apartment with our 4 year old son which also backed on to the busiest street/nightclubs in St. Julians Paceville and was HOT HOT HOT therefore could not close balcony doors to shut out the noise, we all had a few hours sleep( if that) after sleeping out in the balcony and trying to shut out the noise of music, car horns etc, incidently we did ask for a pool view and low floor when we booked the holiday..........

In the morning we asked for a room change which was dealt with reasonably well, I think we were maybe 5th on the list, only to be told that there were none available that suited in the St, Georges.

Suitcases in tow and very grumpy 4 year old we moved to the La Valette and paid £70 for Air Con, Sea View but on the 8th were clean enough view was lovely.

None of these hotels are suited for children under 16 unless u stay in the complex i.e Pool all day and Pool entertainment at night as when u venture out at night the place is HEAVING some children were actually frightened by the niose & people. Have been to Malta 5 years ago & stayed in Bugibba which was quieter but much nicer place than St.

Julians we had a great time then, If u are a group of Guys Girls go for it u will love it, for kids NO NO.... Malta aint got much...........
