Horrible Service A review of Doubletree Hotel Tallahassee

This hotel has the worst customer service. I stayed here for two weeks. Week #1 they put me in a room 509. I had to listen to the elevator all day and night long. I couldn't sleep. Week #2 was worse. At check in they got my reservation wrong. Even though my reservation was in my hand and said a King bed, they insisted that it was not defined and I ended up with two double beds. Then I got to my room and there was only feather pillows. Being alergic to feather pillows, I called the front desk and asked for nonfeather pillows and I was told that they do not have any. Next I turned on the TV and it didn't work. When I called they said tht all rooms ending in 17 or 19 did not have TV. They refused to move me to a new room until anther person in our group insisted that I be moved before our whole group check out. Then no one would help me move all of my bags, even after I asked. To top it all off, I didn't even get my cookie at check in.
