Horrible Hotel and Service A review of BEST WESTERN Bay Harbor Hotel
Checked in hotel @ 3:30 am on 2/19/05. Night person acted as if we were bothering because we wanted to check in. After about 10 minutes of him pecking on the computer we were finally given room keys.
At 8:30 am on 2/19/05 got ready to shower and pulled back the shower curtain and there was mold all around the tub. Went to the front desk and told them i needed to be moved to another room and desk clerk informed that I would not be able to move until around 2 pm. I let desk clerk know I was in town for a family function and could not wait around for them to decide when it will be convient for them to move me. Was informed that they would be able to move me to another room once i returned to the hotel. Once back at the hotel around 7 pm i stopped at the front desk and was then informed that they had no rooms availiable to move me to.
Needles to say I will NEVER stay at this hotel again
Horrible service was provided from the time me and my family checked in to the time we checked out.
