Hated it... A review of Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing
This hotel needs to be put on the Historical Tour for this city or town. The valet guy just stood there while waited in my car, for him to approach the car or just greet me after a long drive from the airport in the rain. He said that he was waiting on me to get out of the car first. He has no idea what a valet does or means. So, I approach the front desk to check in and she's got an ATTITUDE from ----! By now I truly want to change hotels, but it's non-refundable via the corporate rate. Which my company sponsors many, many racing events in this city. I worked for a major oil company! She didn't want to hear anything I had to say about the room or my GOLD membership! The rooms are very old the paint was falling from the ceilings and the carpet was like something you would use for a dog house. They also had cheap toilet paper, linens and towels in please keep in mind that I'm in a SUITE, i would hate to see what the normal rooms look liked. Do not order room service the waiters are nice, but the food isn't. Don't eat where you sleep. Luckly the hotel is located near several major resturant changes. I want ever recommend this hotel my friends or corporate affairs to book race events.
