Great property ! Bad Management A review of DoubleTree by Hilton & Miami Airport Convention Center
We stayed there in a business trip for Location and good rates, service is good they have great service staff the big problem was at the check out, I guaranteed the room with my Amex, my colleague arrived first and he changed the credit card putting his instead. The reservation was for 7 days he departs 3 days before asking if there will be early departure charges. Front desk say no. So he checked out. When we back home he had a full charge for 7 nights, he called the hotel and front desk mention that he never checked out.. Ok one mistake can happened...
What was my surprise when I was checking my Amex balance I find $ 505.00 charged in my account, I call them immediately to fix the situation a Lady named Fayoda told me that she is the manger on duty and she will follow up my issue. I did never received her e-mail and I'm still waiting my credit back...
Two mistakes in the same department, same clients just let me think that they have very bad train and management.
It supposes is a nice brand for business travelers Isn't?
Next time I will stay with professionals.
