Great place, shame about the hotel A review of Hilton Prague

We were far from bowled over by this hotel. However when we walked in (the location is not central so beware) we thought we were onto a good thing as the lobby looks great. Unfortunately the room was very average. This is obviously a business man's hotel with all the necessary amenities to make it a 4 star, but the rooms seem to have been mossed off the agenda. They were dark and quite shabby and very small. I expect this is New York but didn't in Prague. This notwithstanding our break in Prague was fab and we did like the Casino which seemed to give us a taste of the underworld with loads of businessmen with their fat cigars, nowhere near as glitzy as Vegas but loads of fun!!!!! Being non central as well gave us the opportunity to try a variety of taxi drivers which itself was an adventure, especially at 6am when you are a little the worse for wear! To be honest this hotel reminded me of the airport hotels around Gatwich and Heathrow, wouldn't go there again but the staff were professional.
