Great Hotel in a Beautiful City A review of Hotel Lippert
My mother and I stayed at the Cerna Liska in April during our trip to Eastern Europe. The hotel was recommended in a brochure as a cosy, central hotel. The hotel is only small - 12 or 3 rooms and right on Prague's Old Town Square. It could not be more central!! The rooms are huge and the restuarant has a very cosy atmosphere. The breakfast only caters for hotel guests so not a great variety but very nice. The restuarant does open to the public for lunch and dinner and is very good - great variety!! We found the hotel staff very frendly and helpful and the whole atmosphere of the Old Town Square amazing. If we had any complaint (and this is not the hotel's fault, it would be the noise on some nights. Our room did not face the Square but the side street next to St Nicholas Church. As this is one of the main walkways to the Square. All in all, I cannot recommend this hotel more highly and if I were to go to Prague again (which I hope to do), I would stay here in an instant!!
