Great facility, Service is standard A review of The Westin Westminster
I stayed at the Westminster Westin for 4 months in 2000 when it first opened.
This is a beautiful facility with nice art and interesting lobby. The rooms are comfortable, but not especially large. Be prepared for dry air if you stay there during winter. We asked for a humidifier in our room it got so bad.
Staff is not great. The service is pleasant but slow. The food in the restaurant was OK, but not anything I would go back for.
The location is in between Boulder and Denver, which is really nowhere. The boom of the 1990's made many business locate in this corridor, and the hotel is great for that. Otherwise, tourists should look for hotels closer to Boulder or Denver.
I would return for business, and it is a much better hotel than many of the local alternatives. However, it is not in the top level of Westin properties.
