Good place to stay A review of Houston Marriott Westchase
When I arrived, there were 2 blown bulbs in 2 of the 4 lamps in the room.
I left a note for housekeeping, and the next day one bulb was replaced. The following day I had unscrewed the other blown bulb. The maid must have picked up on the hint and installed a new bulb.
It took 2 days to get coffee/tea accessories replenished, but after day 2 all was 100% o.k.
The room was comfortable, but can't really understand that it is necessary to install the TV such that the only place to watch it is from the beds - and not from the armchair.
The room also featured a very comfortable office-chair and a table well suited as a desk. This coupled with complimentary high speed wireless internet access suited me and my laptop very well. No disturbances from other rooms/guests.
I did not use the pool and health club, but this is available without further charge.
I'll most likely stay at this hotel next time I visit Houston, and can therefore recommend it to others.
