Good location / Decent hotel A review of Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing
I apologize this review is a few months late, but I wanted to give a few suggestions to those staying here...
Request a room at least a few rooms away from the elevators.
If the hotel still offers Internet connection, make sure you ask if there are any fees associated with it. If you want to hook-up your laptop, be forewarned that Sheraton's router & firewall do not play nice with Macintosh laptops--even if you have the latest Mac operating system. I endured several phone calls over a four-hour period to Sheraton's tech support before finally getting a connection.
If you are staying over a weekend, expect lots of people and children. This is not a boutique or vacation hotel catering to seniors or single vacationers. During my stay there was a Baptist convention group, a large childrens group and some kind of cheerleading competition staying at the hotel. The pool was packed with kids, and there were people coming and going until the wee hours of the night/morning.
