Good, clean, basic Prague Hotel A review of City Club Hotel
Married couple who stayed at the City Club for two nights B&B, 5th & 6th September.
I agree that the outside of the Hotel doesn't look much like it's online photograph - I was expecting something like a secluded, leafy cul-de-sac not door off the main road. However, hotel is good basic fare. Friendly and helpful staff, basic but clean rooms - better and cleaner than many English hotels for this price. We were on the second floor at the back of the hotel and were not disturbed at all by traffic or other noise outside the hotel.
Breakfast is basic but that's what we expected - bread, cold meat, hot dogs, cereal and a selection of drinks - it was good enough to see us through to lunchtime. Walk to the top of Wenceslas Square is only about 15 minutes and then a further 15 minutes to the old town square, and we weren't hurrying.
