Good, but not Great A review of Crowne Plaza Boston-Newton Hotel

I stayed here for one night on a class trip to Boston, and I was pleased in some areas and displeased in others.

When we arrived to the hotel, check in was only a matter of seconds, which was good considering we had about 20 something rooms. The only problem we had getting to our room was that there were three elevators for 90 people-but I guess that was our fault!

The room was clean, and as I usually do I went to read the "Welcome to the Sheraton Newton" book that they place on the desk of each room. I was disgusted to find an old bandaid with blood bound to the book on the inside.

The beds were very comfortable and the view was decent, however the biggest problems came at breakfast. As I said before, we were a large group so we had our own breakfast room. The breakfast consisted of runny eggs and stale croissants, including some sour orange juice and water.

Check out was quick and easy.

I would come back to this hotel, but not as a large group, as I felt as if they did not know how to accomodate us. The location was bad for large groups arriving by bus because the bus wouldnt fit in the enterance-we were let out on the street.

I don't disagree with the other reviews, I just felt as if they were average with large groups.
