First Impressions A review of The Westin Cincinnati
My husband and I was simply looking for a weekend away to celebrate our anniversary. I spoke to the first representative that quoted me a price on a weekend package. I informed her that I would call back in a few hours. When I called later that day to the make reservation for the weekend package and ask the representative what all did the package include and to make sure the room was non-smoking. The representative act as if to answer my questions and concerns was inconvient. she was extremely rude and very rushed over the phone. She quoted a hirer price for the same package. Then responded "Do you want it or not". Well, needless to say the answer was "not". The representative responded "O.K. " and hung the phone. When I called back to speak to a supervisor, the service was no better. She informed me that she was uanable to honor the original quote or request and that she was sorry for how the previous representative spoke to me. But she could take down my credit card information and book into the hotel. I passed on the poor attempt at guess service. The way I see it, before I was able to step my foot in the Westin Hotels front door. I was mislead, treated very rude, made aware that they are honorable and that all they was interested in was my credit card information. Some first impression. But I'm glad I found out before I wasted my money.
