Fine Hotel But Nothing Special A review of Sheraton Tampa Riverwalk Hotel
I stayed here for business one night in March 2004. The inside of the hotel is nicely decorated, the rooms were nice. I needed to use the "business" center, which was nothing more than a computer with printer set far away from the check-in desk. The computer was continually occupied by students checking email. There was no system for waiting to use the computer, nor was there any type of sign-in sheet. I did ask if there was another computer I could use, and a sales staff member let me use her personal computer. But it was a hassle. In addition, the front desk was not very helpful with a few items I had requested. Overall, it was not a bad hotel but it's not one I would rush to go back to. Also, I felt sorry for those who had to park there - the valets were overwhelmed and it took a while to get your car.
