Fairfield by Marriott better than Marriott by Marriott A review of Fairfield Inn Seatac Airport
We stayed at the Fairfield in late April of 2005 the night before an early flight to go on vacation. Everything was perfect. There were no problems with the reservation. They offered many amenities for the price! We only stayed one night but they had a weight room, pool and a washer/dryer machine for $1 each! For about $110 + tax we had a great room, breakfast, shuttle to airport and parked for 10 days at no additional cost. They were polite, prompt and the place was very clean. I thought the beds were comfortable. The breakfast offered bagels, muffins, toast, yogurt, milk, juice, coffee, cereal, fruit, made to order waffles (clever!), eggs and a microwave as well.
Rooms catered to business travel with irons, hair dryers and etc. One can never take these for granted...I spent 10 of the next twelve days of my vacation without them.
This is a great find and I would feel comfortable staying here alone even though I tend to stay away from airport areas in general.
Parking was secured with a fence and well lit. The planes start taking off around 6am but they did not bother me. Hotel was very quiet.
To the staff: Nice job!
