Fab Hotel, Fab City. A review of Hotel Seifert
Just returned from a 2 night stay at Seifert with my partner and 4 friends.I cant recommened the hotel highly enough, all three rooms that we had were spotlessly clean and spacious, the beds are so comfy, just what you need after a days sightseeing!Particular favourite of mine was the powerful, hot shower...fab!The staff are friendly, speak great english and there was a good choice for breakfast.
The 133 bus into the city was great, it runs regularly and takes you to within a 5min walk to the Old Square(where the Astronomical clock is). We bought a 3 day travel pass at the airport (as recommended by users of this site) it cost us around 220 kr and we used this all weekend.
Recommend a resturant around the corner from the hotel if you want a good, cheap meal and beers. 6 of us ate there for less than £5 each including drinks. (Didnt catch the name, but if u come out of the hotel, walk right then take ur first right its approx 50 meters along this road on the right hand corner.
We all loved Prague, its a beautiful city and there are lots to see and do. The only 'problem' that we had was that as we were a group of 3 ladies and 3 men, the men got constantly hassled by people trying to entice them into lap dancing bars, the fact that they were with us ladies didnt stop them from doing their best to drag them in! (I must admit though, i dont really think that they put up enough resistance!!)
All in all we all had a fab weekend and we will all use Seifert again if we return to this fab city.
