Expected more from a Hyatt propery A review of Clarion Suites Downtown

The reviewer who said it is run by interns is correct. I had called the hotel directly to make my reservation and had told them there were four people and we would need to use the sofa bed. There were no linens for the sofa bed. When I went to the front desk to request linens, the response was that is not our job. The wi-fi is horrible! The pool and exercise room were closed for repairs. The business center has a computer, no printer, and the computer is used by the staff. I asked the front desk to print our boarding passes (standard service at most hotels) and was told several times it was not possible. I finally spoke to the manager and he printed the passes. Our room on two days was not cleaned until 4:00 pm. The black out curtains were not of the highest quality. The advantages are free parking and the free breakfast.
