Excellent Service, Good Location A review of NH Prague
Arrived on 1st December with mixed feelings having read review by visitor from Cambridge. Must have been a different Hotel as we found the staff most helpful.
Being a late evening arrival we were soon shown to our room. Spacous and comfortable. High standards and quiet. All amenities excellent
Next morning made way to Dining Room. We were here for two days and now I wished we were staying longer as we needed a morning to sort the breakfast, there was such a wide choice and being a buffet I thoroughly enjoyed repeated trips to savour that something extra. Endless supply of tea /coffee served by friendly and helpful staff.
Seeking instructions on how to reach the metro we learnt that we could purchase out Travel Cards here and soon we were on our way. (The staff drew a map to show us how to reach the tram/metro but that was not needed)
to reach the tram/metro is easy turning right out of hotel down the ramp through the coach park. On reaching main road turn right and pass the Ibis Hotel on the left and then arriving at a shopping complex fronted by Carrefors. The tram stop is outside this compex and the no.9 soon whisked us to the centre of Wenceslas Square. Total time from leaving hotel 15 minutes.
We preferred the tram as you were afforded a magnificent view of Charles Bridge on each journey.
Booking out was no problem and our flight was not due to leave until 2100. Our luggage was left in the Left Luggage Room of the Hotel and transport to the airport was arranged by the hotel .
This is the best hotel we have stayed at in years and we have booked again for next year. All staff speak English.
Sit back and ENJOY
