Excellent Property A review of Residence Inn Cape Canaveral Cocoa Beach
We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for 1 night before our Carnival Cruise out of Port Canaveral. The hotel is gorgeous and brand new. Everything is very fresh and clean. Check-in was very efficient and friendly. Our group had 5 rooms booked on this night, 4 2 bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. Upon check-in 2 in our party were informed that the hotel had overbooked the 2 bedroom suites, but they were given 2 seperate 1 bedroom suites at the price on their confirmation. This may have worked out even better for these folks as they had 4 and 6 people booked into the room so they ended up with more space.
We did get the 2 bedroom suite and it was a wonderful room, very large with 2 seperate King Bedrooms each with their own bathroom and TV. The living area had a sofabed, TV, kitchen with all amenties. I really wished we could have stayed more than one night!
The breakfast in the morning was very plentiful including eggs, sausage, waffles, hashbrowns, cereals, yogurt, fruit, juices and more. Very generous for a free breakfast in my opinion. A large seating area as well with tables outside on the patio.
If you continue down the street there are lots of stores and services including grocery, liquor, gas and all of the major rental car companies. We rented with Budget and my husband dropped us with the luggage at the pier and returned the car, they provided a free shuttle for him back to the pier. The whole process took only 30-45minutes.
I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to cruisers out of Port Canaveral.
