Excellent front desk attendant!!! A review of BEST WESTERN PLUS Bayshore Inn
we stayed at this hotel at the end of our spring break vacation on april 16, 2004...we were behind schedule, had been driving for six hours from coos bay, oregon to eureka and were totally tired, hungry and cranky. the front desk attendant (Mark?) was friendly and sympathetic to my 12-year old son's burning desire to go for a swim even tho the pool was due to close in like, five minutes, and arranged to, let's just say, accomodate a what would have been VERY disappointed kid. the marie callendar's reastaurant next door provided room service and the next morning we were happy to partake in the very satisfactory buffet breakfast offered in the main building. we appreciated the special touch of those luggage-trolly things that were outside the elevator (our room was on the 3rd floor) so we could get everything up to the room for all 4 of us in one trip. the hotel was completely booked and yet the people were friendly, the room was clean and inviting, and there was plenty of parking. we will definately choose this hotel again on our next trip north, and recommend it to all of our friends who travel from the bay area.
