El Ghetto, The worst Hotel ever A review of El Greco Hotel
We had the unfortunate stay at El Greco. Where shall I begin. I will start by saying the best thing about the El Greco is that there pool was very nice, and kept clean. The room service ladies were very nice and friendly. My friends and family came from abroad for my wedding and they left with dissappointment and frustrations. Our stay was 1 week. The price of our room was increased without notice. A most unfortunate incident occurred on 2 different occasions where as we had to change rooms. We were never provided with towels during the day, it was a hit or miss whether you would have warm water as well. The managers were unaccomadating, where as we would have to suggest changing to another hotel before any changes would be made. In order to get an iron we would have to put down a deposit (unheard of). The lock on the doors were not working, where as we got locked out of room everynight. There were a lot of stray cats and dogs roaming the hotel grounds which to me was very unsanitary. I noticed they were always doing upgrades to the building, nothing ever looked completed. I believe they need a overhaul on management, and a crash course in customer service.
