DOUBLE CHARGED, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE A review of Shular Inn Hotel
In June my family had a pre-paid, (booked on line) week at Shular Inn.
When we arrived I verified my reservation and was asked to present a credit card, which I gladly did. I was charged for the stay at that time also and was not aware of the double charge to my credit card until we arrived home. I contacted, or tried, the management of this establishment and was told, by a desk clerk, that it was my fault and I should have been more careful. I tried to work it out with them and was never contacted by the manager-even after 3 phone calls to them. I was always told she (Joyce) was not available. I have never spoken to her yet. I would NEVER stay at this hotel again and I plan to let everyone know how shoddy of management they seem to be under. I recommend another hotel--there are MANY in the area that are great and even 1/2 theprice to stay! Thanks to John at WorldRes for graciously handling this problem.
