The worst hotel experience I've ever had. Aside from listening to construction during the day, I found the front desk staff to be rude, particularly when I desparately needed their help. DO NOT Use Valet parking unless you don't care if they lose your car keys. Go to get my car out of valet parking at 5:30 am to catch a 7:30 am flight and guess what? They can't find my car keys. Four different people looked, a person drove me around to find my rental car, which we finally found (note car was unlocked), but no keys. I went to the front desk for help and their response - Not our problem. I left for the airport not knowing if the valet would find the keys. Thrifty Rental is equally worthless...couldn't find a real body to talk to. ..finally did, but didn't want to handle my problem. Got on a plane, 2 days later I finally get my phone call returned from the valet saying they will handle everything. But, of course I'm now stuck with 3 extra rental days on my bill. Now, I get to waste time trying to get the hotel or valet company pay for the extra days for car rental while someone tried to find the keys. Oh, by the way...when we are looking for my keys, the staff mentioned this had happened before! For the hotel staff to look at me and say it's not our problem is unbelieveable to me. If they don't control valet parking at their front door, then they better quit offering it! No one wants to take responsibility for bad management.
