Do not stay at this hotel A review of Crowne Plaza Hotel St. Louis Downtown

This has been the worst hotel experience I have ever endured. The hotel was reasonably priced considering the condition the hotel was in. I am sure Radisson understands this and that is why I saw signs about an impending renovation during my stay. Then the billing problems began. I booked the room through expedia for $173.24 on my credit card. Then a charge of $137.74 appeared on my debit card. I did pay $16.00 for parking on my debit card but that was it. My bank disputed the $137.74 charge and it was put back into my account. Then my bank called me and said they are now disputing the $137.74! Now they are saying that I claim that I cancelled the room with hotels. I didn't make this reservation with hotels.com!Once again, do not stay here. You will be dealing with problems four months later. Also, there is not much to do in downtown St Louis other than the Cardinals anyway.
