Disappointing.... A review of Hilton Seattle
We were disappointed with our stay at the Seattle Hilton. We stayed one night for a night out on the town. We paid almost $200 for a room. We tried to check in about 4:30...we had dinner reservations at 5:30 and need to get ready. The front desk clerk told us our room wasn't ready (even though we had prior room reservations) and said it would be a few minutes. After about 30 minutes my husband went and complained that we were still waiting and let them know we had dinner reservations shortly, the gal didn't really seem to care. 15 minutes later someone walked over and gave us our room key...no apology. Our room was right next to the elevetor and it was soooo small; very disappointing for the price and being a Hilton hotel. The elevators take forever; we waited for about 10 minutes for an elevator on the ground lobby when we returned for the night. We stay in Seattle several times a year; there are way better hotels for the money...even cheaper. We won't stay here again.
