Disappointed A review of BEST WESTERN Four Seasons
We were VERY disappointed in the Best Western Four Seasons in Traverse City. The room was large & comfortable, great that it had the fridge & microwave. But access was difficult with several turns, multiple staircases, and no elevator - we felt tucked away in a cubby hole. The AC didn't work properly and had to be on full blast or off completely. Couldn't just open the sliding door for outside air because the screen was ripped and had holes. The blow dryer didn't work at all and the batteries for the TV remote were held in place with scotch tape. We didn't even use the spa tub because it didn't look clean (mildew or dirt around the jets). We had to stand to eat our cont. breakfast because the area was way too small for the number of guests. There are 5 or 6 buildings to this facility and I wonder if some of the others were nicer and received the better reviews I see. We expected more for $116 per night. We stayed in Mackinaw City the night before for $107 per night and everything was newer, nicer and most important, everything worked!!
