Disappointed in the motel A review of Billings Hotel & Convention Center
I booked a room at this motel for 5 nights thru the internet and pre-paid for it by credit card at the same time I booked our flight.
It took forever to check in and then on multiple occasions my key card would not open our room's door, which then required me to go and stand in a 20 minute line at the front desk to resolve the problem.
One day our room was never cleaned and no new towels were given to us.
But the worst yet was on the last evening when I once again could not get into our room after a long day. After waiting in a line at the front desk they told me that they had given our room to someone else even though we had already paid for the room for 5 nights (this was our fifth night). However they did give us another room.
The exterior doors were unlocked, the ice machines were broken and alot of things around the motel needed updating and/or repairs.
My son did like the waterslide (which was $3 extra per person per day) but the hot tub was jammed with toddlers. Not too sanitary.
Would not stay there again
